Shop Address, GPS Location (for delivery accuracy via Nathan Logistics).

IP Address, Device ID, OS Version (to prevent fraud and secure your account).

  • Verification: To verify your Drug License and GST status with government databases (State Drug Controllers/GST Portal) to ensure only authorized entities trade on the platform.

  • Order Fulfilment: To process orders, manage shipments via Nathan Logistics, and handle returns.

  • Payments & Credit: To process payments, manage settlements, and assess eligibility for the EWI (Easy Weekly Installments) credit facility.

  • Communication: To send order updates, invoices, policy changes, and promotional offers via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

  • Fraud Prevention: To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, fake document submissions, and unauthorized access.
