1. Introduction

1.1 About the Company

Nathan Health Plus is a brand of Nathan Groups India Private Limited. It operates as a B2B (Business to Business) digital pharmaceutical marketplace connecting Government of India licensed Wholesale Drug Dealers with Retail Pharmacy Owners, Wholesale Drug Dealers, and Registered Medical Professionals.

1.2 Purpose of the Platform

The platform provides buyers with facilities to:

View and compare medicines from various wholesalers.
Easy online ordering and payment facility.
Access credit facility (EWI - Easy Weekly Installments).
Customer support and grievance redressal.

Example: Mr. Kumar, a Pharmacy Owner in Coimbatore, registers on Nathan Health Plus to order medicines from wholesalers in Salem, Chennai, and Trichy, allowing him to compare prices and choose the best offer.

2. Definitions

"Platform"

Refers to the Nathan Health Plus website and Mobile Application.

"Buyer" / "You"

Refers to a Retail Pharmacy Owner, Wholesale Drug Dealer, or Registered Doctor licensed by the Government of India.

"EWI"

Easy Weekly Installments - Our credit-based payment method allowing payment in 8 weekly installments.

"Schedule H/H1/X"

Controlled drugs that cannot be sold without a doctor's prescription.

3. Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Who can register?

Retail Pharmacy Owner: Holder of a valid Drug License (Form 20/21).
Wholesale Drug Dealer: Holder of a valid Wholesale Drug License.
Registered Medical Practitioner: Registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI).

3.2 Required Documents

PAN Card & Aadhaar Card of the Proprietor.

Address Proof

Electricity Bill, Rental Agreement, or Property Document.

4. Fraud Prevention

WARNING: Submitting fake or altered documents is illegal.

Consequences of Fake Documents:

Immediate Rejection: Application will be rejected.
Account Ban: Permanent ban on Mobile Number, Aadhaar, and PAN.
Legal Action: Action under Drugs and Cosmetics Act and IT Act.

Example: Uploading a Photoshopped License to change the expiry date is a punishable offense under IPC Section 420 (Cheating).

5. Verification & Login

Your registration involves strict verification:

Document Verification: Validated against government databases.
Field Verification: Physical shop visit by our executive if required.
Login Security: Login allowed on only one device at a time via OTP.

6. Platform Usage & Responsibilities

IMPORTANT: Buyers must possess professional qualifications (D.Pharm, B.Pharm, MBBS, etc.). Knowledge about drug usage, dosage, and side effects is your responsibility. Nathan Health Plus does not provide medical advice.

Use the platform for business purposes only.
Do not share login credentials.
You are solely responsible for all orders placed through your account.

8. Purchase Terms

Nathan Health Plus is not responsible for misuse or illegal sale.

Expiry Policy: We only sell medicines with a minimum shelf life of 100 days.
