1. Introduction


Nathanhealthplus is a B2B pharmaceutical platform serving as a digital marketplace connecting licensed medicine wholesalers with pharmacy owners and registered medical practitioners. Buyers (referred to as “You” or “Pharmacy Owners”) can purchase medicines directly from assigned wholesalers via our Exclusive Product Allocation System, ensuring product authenticity and eliminating competition among buyers.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility
• You must be a licensed pharmacy owner or a registered medical practitioner.
• You must upload authentic and valid documents including you GST Certificate, Drug License, etc.
• Our verification team will review submitted documents, and upon approval, a customer service officer may visit your premises for final verification before activating your account.

2.2 Registration Process
• Incomplete or fraudulent submissions will lead to immediate rejection.
• You agree to provide accurate information and update your details as required.

3. Product Information and Pricing


• Product details, images, descriptions, and prices are uploaded by wholesalers.
• Nathanhealthplus does not guarantee the accuracy of product data and is not liable for discrepancies.
• Buyers should review product information carefully before placing an order.

4. Purchase Terms and Responsibilities


• Buyers are responsible for verifying their qualifications and understanding pharmaceutical usage before purchase.
• It is expected that buyers possess relevant qualifications such as D.Pharm, B.Pharm, MBBS, or paramedical training.
• Nathanhealthplus shall not be liable for misuse, misinterpretation, or adverse effects resulting from products purchased via the platform.
• You clearly understand and hereby accept that you hold full responsibility for all medicines and medical devices purchased through your account.
• Even if your store staff make unintended purchases, you acknowledge that the responsibility still lies with you.
• If any mistake on your part leads to reputational or legal consequences for Nathanhealthplus, the company reserves the full right to take legal action against you.
• You confirm that you will only purchase medicines after clearly understanding their actual usage and purpose.
• You agree that certain medicines require a valid doctor’s prescription and will only be provided after you submit this prescription to our customer service team.
• You understand that Nathanhealthplus sells only medicines with at least 100 days of shelf life (expiry).
• Replacements will be made only in the rare event that a product with shorter expiry is issued in error. If the medicine cannot be sold by you, no refund or exchange request will be entertained.
• You fully accept that it is your sole responsibility to purchase and sell the medicines correctly.
• Only products with expiry under 100 days due to our error will be replaced. No other reasons will be accepted for replacement or return.
• You acknowledge that selling medicines without bills or through black-market or unauthorized channels is strictly prohibited, and you confirm that you will not engage in such activities.
• You confirm that you have clearly understood all the above terms and conditions and give your full voluntary acceptance to them.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Accepted Payment Modes
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment due at the time of delivery.
• Online Payment: Full payment at the time of order placement.
• (Credit) Credit Billing – Easy Weekly Installments (EWI): Flexible credit option with scheduled weekly payments.

5.2 EWI Credit Payment Details
• Eligibility: Verified and approved pharmacy owners with a good payment history.
• Schedule: Payments start based on purchase date, with weekly installments over 8 weeks as per the schedule outlined below.
• Payment Responsibility: Buyers must pay each installment on or before the due date.
• Late Payment: May result in account suspension, restrictions on further credit purchases, and legal action to recover dues.

5.3 Credit (Deferred Payment) Terms and Agreement
• You confirm that you have clearly understood all the above terms and conditions and give your full voluntary acceptance to them.
• I fully understand and hereby accept that I bear complete personal responsibility for repaying the full amount for all goods purchased on credit from Nathanhealthplus.
• I confirm that I will make the agreed-upon payments either weekly or within the specified credit period as committed, without fail.
• In the event that I fail to make payments on time, I agree that Nathanhealthplus may take any decision it deems fit (including penalties, legal action, interest, or account suspension), and I will accept such decisions without objection.
• I confirm that I will not initiate any legal action or hold the company liable under any circumstances related to my payment default.
• I also agree that if the company initiates legal action against me due to delayed or unpaid credit payments, I accept full responsibility for the consequences.
• If Nathanhealthplus charges interest on delayed payments, I accept and confirm my willingness to pay such interest without resistance.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

6.1 When You Can Cancel
• Before the order is dispatched by the wholesaler.
• If delivery is delayed beyond the committed period.
• If there is an error in pricing or product details before dispatch.

6.2 When Cancellation Is Not Allowed
• After the product has been dispatched or is in transit.
• For special order or non-returnable items marked as such.

• Nathanhealthplus reserves the right to cancel orders due to technical issues, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or compliance concerns.

7. Return, Refund, and Replacement Policies

7.1 Return Conditions
• Short expiry products: Accepted.
• Damaged products: Reported within 24 hours of receipt.
• Product mismatch: Accepted.

7.2 Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed via bank transfer.
• Allow 7 business days for processing.
• Online payments: Refund processed within 7 working days.
• COD payments: Refund processed within 7 working days.

7.3 Replacement Policy
• Accepted for:
  o Short expiry products.
  o Damaged items (reported within 24 hours).
  o Incorrect/mismatched products.
• Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

8. Terms and Conditions Related to Digital Medical Equipment and Devices

​

Warranty and Claims:
• The warranty terms applicable to all digital medical devices and equipment sold through the Nathanhealthplus website will be valid only as per the policies of the respective brand or the authorized showroom/service center.
• Warranty claims must be made only at the official service centers of the respective brand from which the customer has purchased the product.

Wholesaler Responsibility:
• Some products may be offered under a wholesaler warranty. This information will be clearly mentioned in the product description of each item.
• Customers are required to carefully check whether the product comes with a "Showroom Warranty" or "Wholesaler Warranty" by reading the product description prior to making a purchase.

8.1 Warranty Claim – Procedure & Conditions
As a pharmacy owner, when you purchase medical equipment or devices from Nathanhealthplus, and if the product becomes non-functional due to any reason, you may be eligible to claim warranty—provided the product falls within the warranty period.
It is your responsibility to verify whether the product carries showroom warranty or wholesaler warranty at the time of purchase. If you encounter any issue with the product, you must immediately contact the Nathanhealthplus Customer Support Centre and raise a complaint. Our support team will assist you with the following:
• How to claim the warranty
• Whether the product can be repaired, replaced, or refunded
• Guidance on the procedure based on the product's warranty terms
Please note: Nathanhealthplus is not responsible for the direct replacement or refund of the product. We are only responsible for guiding you through the proper claim process with the relevant party (manufacturer, showroom, or wholesaler).
By purchasing such products through the Nathanhealthplus website, you acknowledge and accept these terms and confirm that you understand and agree to the above conditions.

9. Offers, Rewards, and Coins


• Rewards are earned via Nathanhealthplus Coins with each order.
• Coins can be redeemed for offers on the Rewards page.
• Contact Customer Support if rewards are unavailable or for assistance.
• You acknowledge and fully accept that the number of coins you receive will be strictly based on what the seller has pre-defined for the specific brand of product you have purchased.
• These coins can be used only for the offers associated with that specific brand.
• If you hold coins that qualify for an offer, you have the right to claim the applicable benefit immediately.
• Offers may include gifts, cash, services, or any other type of benefit, and you are entitled to claim them accordingly.
• Nathanhealthplus will take full responsibility for delivering such benefits (products or services) within 15 days from the date of claim.
• You confirm that you will patiently wait for up to 15 days to receive the claimed benefit without dispute.

10. Advertisement Terms & Disclaimer for Sellers

​

  1. All advertisements displayed on the Nathanhealthplus website or mobile application are solely created and published by individual sellers.

  2. Any offers, claims, promotions, or representations made in these ads are entirely the responsibility of the respective sellers. Nathanhealthplus does not verify or endorse their accuracy or authenticity.

  3. If you purchase a product based on any advertisement and later face issues, discrepancies, or dissatisfaction, Nathanhealthplus shall not be held liable in any manner.

  4. These advertisements should be understood as mere promotional strategies by sellers to draw attention to their products.

  5. All your purchasing decisions should be made solely at your discretion and judgment.

  6. Do not rely solely on advertisements to make buying decisions; always conduct proper research and validation before purchasing.

  7. By using this platform, you agree that you cannot hold Nathanhealthplus legally or financially responsible for any losses incurred due to reliance on seller advertisements.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


• These Terms are governed by Indian law.
• Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu.

12. Account Suspension and Termination


Nathanhealthplus may suspend or terminate accounts for:
• Fraudulent activities.
• Non-payment of EWI installments.
• Violations of platform rules or applicable laws.

Nathanhealthplus reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions, including warranty terms, at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the latest terms periodically on our website.

1. Introduction

​

By registering as a seller on NathanHealthPlus, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned herein. These include procedures related to product listing, sales, transactions, and promotional offers.

2. Seller Registration & Account Creation

​

2.1 Required Documents

• Drug License
• MSME Certificate (Micro/Small/Medium Enterprises)
• GSTIN Certificate
All documents must be valid. If any document is invalid, you will not be able to access our services and your account will be deactivated.

2.2 Registration Process

  1. Fill out the online registration form.

  2. Our verification team will visit you within 24 hours.

  3. Post successful verification, your account will be activated.

  4. All documents you provide must be accurate during the physical verification. If not, you will not be able to register or sell any product on our platform

3. Product Listing & Price Fixing

3.1 Listing Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all the above fields. Only when verified, your sales and trust among pharmacy owners will grow. Nathanhealth plus reserves the right to make changes to the product title, description, and images, except for the price.

3.2 Listing Fee

• A fee of ₹200 must be paid for every product you list for sale.
• After payment, your product will go live.
• This fee is applicable as long as you use our platform.
• If we detect any violation of our policies, your account may be rejected.
• The listing fee of ₹200 will not be refunded under any circumstance.
• You fully understand and accept this.

3.3 Additional Listing Policies

• If it is found that the product supplied by you differs from the image or description listed on the Nathanhealthplus website, your vendor account will be immediately suspended or permanently terminated. Nathanhealthplus reserves the full right to initiate legal action for misrepresentation and customer deception.
• You hereby acknowledge and expressly agree that Nathanhealthplus reserves the full right to reject or suspend the sale of any product you have requested to list or are currently selling through our platform, at any time and without prior notice.
• You expressly acknowledge and agree that the price set by you for any product shall not exceed the market price or the price recommended by Nathan Health Plus. In the event of any such overpricing, Nathanhealthplus reserves the full right to prohibit the sale of the respective product on its platform. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this condition.
• Once you submit the proposed selling price of any product to Nathan Health Plus, you shall not have the right to alter or update the price independently. Any changes to the listed price must be made only with the prior approval of Nathan Health Plus. By accepting these terms, you confirm your full understanding and agreement to this condition.
• You expressly acknowledge and agree that you shall not supply any illegal, prohibited, or non-compliant products through the Nathanhealthplus platform. If it is found that such items have been listed or supplied by you, Nathanhealthplus reserves the full right to initiate appropriate legal action against you. By agreeing to this clause, you confirm your complete understanding and acceptance of this condition.

4. Medical Equipment Vendor Terms

​

These terms apply to the sale of all medical equipment and digital devices listed on Nathan Health Plus.

4.1 Warranty Type & Responsibility

• When uploading a product, the seller must clearly specify whether the warranty is a showroom warranty or wholesaler warranty in the product description.

4.2 Responsibility for Information

• The seller must not upload incorrect or misleading warranty information.
• The applicable type of warranty must be clearly disclosed in advance.
• Nathanhealthplus is not responsible for any damages incurred by the customer due to misinformation.

4.3 Customer Support & Issues

• If a customer requests service, replacement, or refund due to warranty issues, full responsibility for action and cost lies with the seller.
• Nathanhealthplus only facilitates the process and does not directly participate in servicing or resolution.

4.4 Warranty Disclaimer

• The seller hereby unconditionally agrees that all responsibilities related to this warranty and associated services belong solely to the seller.
• The seller clearly understands that since these products are sold on the Nathanhealthplus website, the company has no direct role in any of the services.

4.5 Purpose of These Terms and Conditions

• To ensure clear understanding between the customer and the seller.
• To avoid unnecessary warranty disputes and to build trust.
• To legally protect Nathanhealthplus as a platform provider.

4.6 Complaint Handling Policy – Nathan Health Plus

Nathanhealthplus is committed to offering excellent service to its customers. If a customer submits a complaint, the process will proceed as follows:

4.7 Complaint Registration Process

• The customer must first contact the customer care center of Nathan Health Plus.
• They will report if the purchased product/device is damaged, not functioning, or malfunctioning.

4.8 Determining the Type of Warranty

• Based on the information provided by the customer, Nathanhealthplus will determine whether the product carries a showroom warranty or wholesaler warranty.

  • If it's a showroom warranty, the customer will be advised to visit an authorized showroom for service.

  • If it’s a wholesaler warranty, Nathanhealthplus will identify the source wholesaler and coordinate with them for further action.

4.9 Issue Resolution with Wholesaler

• Nathanhealthplus will share the customer's complaint with the relevant wholesaler and arrange for them to contact the customer via phone, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
• The wholesaler is responsible for resolving the issue.
• Actions such as repair, replacement, or service must be provided entirely by the wholesaler.

4.10 Update and Reporting

• The wholesaler must provide Nathanhealthplus with a full update on how the issue was handled, the current status, and whether the customer is satisfied.
• A final report confirming that the issue is “resolved” must also be submitted.

4.11 Responsibility

• The full responsibility for resolving the customer's issue lies with the seller or the wholesaler.
• Nathanhealthplus acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for directly providing resolutions.

5. Repacking Policy

​

Nathanhealthplus reserves the right to collect medical products from various wholesalers, consolidate them, and repack them according to the billing details of the pharmacy owner.
For example, if a pharmacy owner orders items from two or more wholesalers, Nathanhealthplus may pick up the items, repack them securely in a single box, and deliver them together.
You, as a seller, understand and willingly agree to this repacking procedure and confirm that Nathanhealthplus has full rights to conduct this activity.

6. Payment & Transaction Solutions

​

• Nathanhealthplus charges a 5% commission on every transaction.
• This applies to Cash on Delivery (COD), Online Payment Delivery, and Credit Bill (in two installments).
• You accept that Nathanhealthplus is entitled to this 5% commission.
• We provide three payment options to customers: COD, Online Payment, and Credit Bill. Your cooperation is essential for the proper execution of these.

6.1 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Payment will be credited to your registered bank account within 24 hours after successful delivery.
• The 5% commission will be deducted, and the balance will be credited to you.

6.2 Online Payment

• For payments via debit/credit cards, UPI, or wallets, settlement will be processed on the next working day.
• Post successful delivery, payment (after 5% deduction) will be transferred within 24 hours.

6.3 Credit Billing (EWI)

• Most pharmacy owners prefer credit billing due to market competitiveness.
• Hence, Nathanhealthplus offers this facility with your cooperation.
• We will collect payment directly from the pharmacy owners and remit it to you.
• We assume full responsibility for this.
• Payment will be made in two installments within 60 days.
• A 5% commission will be deducted from both installments.

7. Order Cancellation & Vendor Responsibilities and Order Rejection Policies

7.1 Seller Cancellation Rights

• Out-of-stock products
• Pricing errors
Excessive cancellations may lead to account suspension.

7.2 Vendor Responsibilities and Order Rejection Policy

As a vendor registered with Nathan Health Plus, you are obligated not to reject any orders received without valid reasons.
In case your product is “Out of Stock”, you must promptly update this status on the website to inform customers clearly.
Failure to update the stock status and subsequent rejection of orders will prompt Nathanhealthplus to seek explanation from you and may result in temporary suspension or termination of your vendor account.
Any order rejection must be pre-approved by Nathanhealthplus with valid justification.
Repeated or excessive order rejections (e.g., more than 3 per month) may lead to suspension or permanent ban on your vendor account.
Price-related order rejections require prior approval from Nathan Health Plus.
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these responsibilities and your commitment to fulfilling them diligently.

7.3 No Cancellation Post Shipment

Once a product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. Nathanhealthplus will ensure successful delivery. You fully accept this condition.

8. Shipping and Transport Policy

​

8.1 General Guidelines

8.1.1 Order Confirmation and Packaging

  • The seller must properly package the goods after the order is confirmed and have them ready for shipping.

  • Any defects in the packaging are entirely the seller’s responsibility.

  • Only properly re-packaged goods will be picked up.

8.1.2 Pickup Charges and Payments

  • Nathan Logistics will charge a fixed fee for pickup services.

  • The pickup agent from Nathan Logistics will determine the pickup charge, which may vary. Sellers are expected to be aware of this and accept it.

  • The seller must accept and pay these charges only upon receiving the appropriate receipt.

8.1.3 Product Damage and Accidents

  • If goods are damaged due to vehicle accidents or natural causes, Nathanhealthplus takes full responsibility.

  • An inspection period of 7-14 days will be given.

  • After inspection, reimbursement for the damaged goods will be initiated.

  • Nathanhealthplus assures full reimbursement to sellers within a maximum of 100 days for damaged goods.

8.2 Seller Responsibilities

8.2.1 Pickup Preparation and Timing

The seller must have the goods packaged and ready ahead of the scheduled pickup time.

8.2.2 Packing Standards and Information Disclosure

Details of the items inside the packaging must be clearly mentioned on the outer packaging.
For fragile items like glassware, a “Fragile” sticker must be visibly placed on the outside of the package.
Delivery destinations must be provided clearly and accurately.

8.2.3 Pickup Charges and Responsibility

Handling all pickup-related charges and responsibilities rests entirely with the seller.
It is the seller's responsibility to provide the order bill to the Nathan Logistics pickup personnel.
All deliveries for orders placed via Nathanhealthplus must be fulfilled exclusively through Nathan Logistics. Any attempt to use other delivery methods is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is found, the seller’s account may be suspended. The seller fully understands and agrees to this.

9. Delivery Terms and Conditions

​

9.1 Delivery Responsibility

All orders must be delivered only through Nathan Logistics.
Nathan Logistics is fully responsible for the delivery.
The company ensures fast and secure delivery of all products.

9.2 Delivery Delays and Issues

In certain situations (e.g., unreachable customer/pharmacy, unanswered calls, closed shop), delivery may fail.
In such cases, Nathan Logistics will store the product safely at their office for up to 10 days.

9.3 Product Safety and Return to Seller

If there is no response from the customer/pharmacy within 10 days, the goods will be returned to the seller.
All return-related logistics and charges will be the responsibility of the seller.

9.4 Return Charges and Fees

If any order cannot be delivered and needs to be returned, Nathan Logistics will charge the seller for the return logistics.
These charges will be directly communicated to the seller by Nathan Logistics personnel.

9.5 Seller Agreement

As a seller, I hereby accept these charges and confirm that I will pay them.

9.6 Notifications and Communication

If there are any delays or delivery issues, Nathan Logistics will immediately notify the seller and, if needed, the customer.

9.7 Issue Reporting and Acceptance

Any delivery issues (e.g., customer unreachable, shop closed, wrong address, other reasons) will first be reported by Nathan Logistics to Nathan Health Plus.
Nathanhealthplus will then inform the seller of the issue.
The seller must acknowledge and accept this communication process.

9.8 Confirmation

Sellers hereby confirm their acceptance of this communication and procedural system.

10. Returns & Refunds

​

• If pharmacy owners report returns due to short expiry, damage, or wrong items, you are fully responsible for accepting and collecting them back.
• If refund was already credited to you by Nathanhealthplus for these returned items (via online, COD, or credit), you must return the amount back to the company.
• No refund is necessary if the item was delivered on credit (without payment).
• You are liable to refund all such payments, and any failure may lead to legal action.
• Refunds must be paid directly to Nathanhealthplus via coordination with our staff.
• We follow open-box delivery procedures to prevent false claims like "missing items", "less quantity", or "damaged items."
• As a seller, you shall not blame our employees who diligently follow procedures.
• Any errors are deemed to be from your side unless proven otherwise.

11. Replacements

​

11.1 Conditions for Replacement

• Short expiry items
• Damaged products (complaint within 24 hours)
• Incorrect items (within 24 hours)
• Short-quantity deliveries

11.2 Replacement Policy

• Buyer must raise the complaint within 24 hours.
• You are obligated to promptly send replacements.
• Nathanhealthplus ensures open-box checks during delivery to prevent false claims.
• Sellers are not permitted to complain about Nathanhealthplus staff who diligently perform their responsibilities.
• Any errors are assumed to be from your side and accepted as such.

12. Offers, Rewards & Coins

​

12.1 Creating Offers

• When creating offers, it is entirely your responsibility to determine the number of Nathanhealthplus Coins (hereafter “Coins”) required for redemption.
• This is because every offer listed on our website can only be redeemed by customers using Coins.
• Therefore, setting the required Coin value for each offer, and modifying it when necessary, is entirely your responsibility.
• Please note that for every change to an offer, prior approval from Nathanhealthplus customers and staff must be obtained.

12.2 Earning Coins

• Coins are awarded based on the value of completed transactions.
• These Coins can only be used for your own listed products.
• When customers use their Coins to purchase your products through Nathan Health Plus, our system will reflect how many products have been purchased under your brand and how many Coins have been earned.
• For example, if an offer requires 10 Coins and the customer has earned those 10 Coins by purchasing your products, they are eligible to redeem that offer.
• Once a customer redeems an offer and it is verified to be legitimate, you are fully responsible for fulfilling the offer.
• After the customer makes a redemption claim, the request will be verified and approved within 3 working days. Upon approval, it becomes your obligation to fulfill the offer, and by participating, you confirm your acceptance of this responsibility.
• These offers and rewards cannot be provided directly to pharmacy owners. All such gifts will be sent through Nathan Health Plus, and you agree to this arrangement.

12.3 Use of Coins

• Coins are strictly for use in offers/rewards only.

12.4 Seller Responsibilities

• Offers must be accurate and truthful.
